Vision and Goals

PHI will work to:

• Utilize high student engagement activities to keep students in class
  and focused on learning.
• Create positive classroom learning environments with an emphasis on
  establishing a climate that illustrates caring.
• Provide a student services team that works with the whole child
  with emphasis on our students emotional, social and academic needs.
• Provide effective educational strategies that support students 
  academic success.
• Provide opportunities to improve students self- esteem with emphasis 
  on character building, project based learning and student recognition 
  programs.
•  Teach learning strategies that focus on test taking and reading 
  comprehension.
